FAQs
TICKETS
Is there a cost to attend YLC Wednesday at the Square?
The concert series is free and open to the public, supported by sponsors and food and drink sales. Tickets are no longer required to purchase food and drinks. All food and drink can be purchased directly from vendors using a major credit card, or an activated gift card. These gift cards are available for those who would like to use cash, and can be paid for at our Information booth inside the square.
A VIP Area is available for patrons who wish to have the best YLC Wednesday at the Square experience.

How do I learn more about private hospitality tents?
If you'd like to create a unique opportunity for clients, your staff, or donors, you can find more about our private hospitality tents online.
FOOD & DRINKS
Can I bring my own food and drink?
Outside food and beverages are prohibited. Proceeds from food and drink sales support Young Leadership Council’s community programs and are vital for keeping the concert series free. All food and beverages are available for purchase using any major credit card or debit card (no tickets required). All food and drink sales at YLC Wednesday at the Square are final.

What if I want to use cash?
If you would like to use cash to pay for food and drinks, please visit our Information tent on N. Maestri St., where you can use cash to load a gift card, which can then be used at any of the food and drink points-of-sale. Digital gift cards are available for no fee.
Can I pre-pay for food and beverages for my whole group?
Bulk pre-loaded gift cards can be paid for in advance and picked up at the Information tent. Only physical gift cards are available for bulk advance purchase. For more information, please reach out to info@ylcnola.org.

For the protection of our YLC Wednesday at the Square patrons, all pets must be kept on a leash with a maximum length of 6 feet at all times. Animals exhibiting aggressive behavior are not permitted. Owners are asked to immediately remove an animal that exhibits aggressive behavior. By entering the concert area, owners agree to be solely liable for the actions of their pets. If we find your pet to be a risk to other patrons, you will be asked to leave.
